Metalworking

First, the sheet metal is cut and shaped into rings, then high-pressure pressed to create the dish body. Next, components like handles and rims are welded to finalize the form.

Enameling

After drying, a special, highly durable enamel is applied to the rim for enhanced protection.

Firing

Decorating

Decorating is a labor-intensive process. First, the ceramic decal is hand-applied, then dried and kiln-fired at very high temperatures.
